Carman opened Central Mass Realty almost 40 years ago blending his passion for construction & his education in business. Keeping it a family business, the tradition continued when his daughter Cynthia joined the team 27 yrs ago as an agent. She expanded her career to Broker then recently obtained her Construction Supervisor License.   

Both have extensive knowledge of the new construction process, managing the marketing, sales, and designs of numerous subdivision projects ranging from individual lots to 100+ lot subdivisions along with assisting buyers and sellers for condo’s, multi-families, and single family homes in the Central Mass Region.
